    Never made it to the boat because unfortunately it was something called the shrimp festival was going on. There was no where to park. Called the number listed for the business and the guy I was transferred to on site wasn't much help. He gave me directions that were supposed to get me to the boat but I was only redirected because streets were blocked off. When I finally got close enough to walk to the boat ramp(4 blocks or so), it started pouring down rain for 20. I got completely soaked. I walked back to where I paid someone $25 to park and called the listed number 3 times with no answer. Aggravated with the entire situation I drove around aimlessly trying to get out of the maze of blocked off streets again. When I finally made it out to a highway the guy calls and tells me that they're about to sail away. I think somewhere along the line whether it was booking or the actual boat owners, there should've been more information about how to (1) find the boat ramp (2) inform customers that there was an event that could delay or prohibit direct access to the boat (3) and better customer service with dealing issues. I have requested a full refund but we'll just see how that goes. I was told I'd get a call yesterday but never received one so... I would not recommend this tiki boat cruise based on this experience

    My wife and I with our boys were traveling up the East Coast and we stopped in Amelia Island for a visit. We love being on the water and seeing places from that vantage point, so we took a late afternoon ride out with Capt. Ryan. It was a gorgeous, cool night and we got such a nice view of Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach as the sun was setting. We saw TONS of dolphins swimming around and a few of them followed up as we cruised along. We were hungry, so we brought our own food and drinks aboard, which was no problem at all and worked quite well given the seating and bar surface to eat/drink. It was such an easy and relaxing time and our boys absolutely loved it. My wife and I were happy to get off the road and enjoy a couple adult beverages too while we took in the scenery! If you're in the area, a fan of the water and want to try something new and fun, I highly recommend this memorable trip! I think they offer trips at different times, which makes it super convenient and easy to create the experience you're looking for. Whether as a couple, family or group, this is such a cool addition to any trip! PS - thanks for being so good and patient with the kids...that meant a lot to us!

    This was an amazing experience. My husband and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. Captain Eric, the owner and operator, made the trip truly special. He was kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. The Tiki boat was comfortable and very relaxing. The boat was well maintained and charming. It was a fun outing, and I highly recommend the Tiki boat ride. Thank you, Captain Eric, for such a memorable trip.

    The Tiki Boat Cruise was a great experience. It was only my only two of us on the tour, it felt like private cruise. Jeremy our captain was very friendly and engaging. We were able to pipe in our own music, we made it a Caribbean/Tropical experience. Our captain had a keen eye for the dolphins, and was quick to point them out playing. It was a wonderfully spent hour and a half.
