    Absoutley amazing day, we had no idea prior to booking what to expect! The wine blending experience was fantastic, Holly our host was informative - fun - and full of knowledge. Both my husband & myself learnt so much, and throughly enjoyed the whole day. Location is beautiful , restaurant for lunch was great overlooking the river ! I would highly recommend Tabilk , beautiful wines , muscats , & condiments. Staff were all lovley . We will defiently return to Tabilk .

    This experience showed me and my partner a whole different aspect to the art of making wine. The entire experience was fun, lighthearted while also being very interesting in terms of learning about the production of wine. We had the most amazing host too. We definitely look forward to visiting again.

    Bruce our winemaker, was extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the history of Tahbilk and of course, wine making. We learnt so much about tasting and blending and had a great time. I highly recommend this experience.

    What to expect

    Make your own way Tahbilk Winery, established in 1860 and one of the most historical family-owned wineries in Victoria. When you arrive, your winemaking session begins with your wine ambassador guide. As you learn about the subtle art form of wine blending, your ambassador shares his or her expertise, giving you the knowledge you need to understand what it takes to make a great blend. With individual wine parcels, use your new skills and information to try your hand at making your own blend. A bottle of your creation will be yours to take with you at the end of the class. Optional Lunch Those in the 11:00am session may choose to stay on and enjoy a relaxing 2 course lunch with a glass of wine in Tahbilk’s Wetlands Café.
