I thoroughly enjoyed the ATV outing in the mountains of Medellin-Rio Negro. The trail took our group to a cool waterfall that was refreshing. We closed out the day with a relaxing lunch at a fish farm that raised trout. I would not think of an ATV-Fish Farm combo, but it worked.

This was the highlight of my father and my Colombian trip. We flew in from Cali after staying there a week and was in Medellin for the weekend. Do NOT hesitate to book this tour. The tour guide was incredible, patient, and so so friendly(we will be back) the views throughout the mountain are like something out of a movie. This was so much fun, the whole group was sad when it ended. It’s such an awesome experience and I’d jump at the opportunity to do it again.

Don’t go if you want to ride faster than 5 mph. Slow tour. Slow guide. It felt like a kids tour. Really Boring, not worth the money

I have used Viator for over five tours and have always had excellent experiences, leaving five-star reviews each time. Unfortunately, my recent ATV riding tour in Colombia was a significant disappointment. I purchased two tickets for myself and a friend. Due to a family emergency, my friend couldn't join, and I notified the tour operator a day before. The operator assured me I would receive a partial refund, and I paid for lunch separately in cash, even leaving a generous tip for the driver and guide. I will say the actual tour guide who did the tour was nice. I wished I would’ve left him with more money but didn’t have more cash on me after paying for what was agreed for before starting the tour… Viator's policy states cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, which I understand. The operator initially agreed to the partial refund but later reneged, refusing to honor the agreement once Viator contacted them. Had they been upfront about not issuing a partial refund, I would not have paid extra for my wife's lunch, and she would have ridden the second bike instead of sitting behind me in the bike I was driving. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given my previous positive experiences with Viator.
