    It was a very hot day, but our fantastic guide made us forget about the heat. Alida not only told us the history and meaning of many buildings and places, she also added a lot of facts and fun anecdotes. The bike ride was a really nice experience, which I can recommend to everyone!

    Loved every minute of it. I feel like I've come away with really good understanding of where Zagreb is at right now and what it's been through. Our tour guide was funny and interesting, and it was wonderful to cycle around with some like-minded folk. Would recommend.

    Our guide Roza showed and explained us the variuos sites and history of Zagreb and Croatia in an inspiring, vivid and very informative way. We experienced her as a person that really "burns" for her job, convincing us of the uniqueness of Zagreb and it's wonderful people.

    A real highlight of our trip. Alida showed us a side of Zagreb we never would have explored without this tour. She was a delightful host and answered all of our crazy questions, on topic and off. It was more like being showed around by a friend than a business transaction. Outstanding!

    I had such an outstanding time on this tour with Alida! It's always such a pleasure to get to discover a new city by bike, and Zagreb was especially perfect in size for cycling. We rode through some of the green horseshoe parks, and I learned about the urban planning that took place during the late 19th century. Then we went over the Sava River, into "Nova Zagreb", to explore the completely different approach to urban planning on that side of the river. It's amazing to see where socialism has really yielded some highly functional urban design. I also really appreciated learning about the socialist years of Yugoslavia, and how Tito's approach to government differs from the current Croatian administration. As someone who is always curious and loves to hear how cities work, it was exceptionally valuable to hear my guide's, personal experiences with the city, and how the last few years of COVID and earthquakes has really shaped how the city operates. I'm so glad I was able to take this ride with blue bike tours while I was in Zagreb!
