    We had an amazing day with Sand Made and his family - going to the local market, exploring the varieties of fresh products and spices, followed by a very friendly and professional cooking class to conclude with a nice lunch! We could taste all the things we cooked. Very professional class, good duration and excellent setting - you feel the Balinese welcoming spirit! I would strongly recommend it for solo traveller, couples or families!

    We had an incredible experience and are so glad we did it! We have wonderful memories to take with us! The market was so fun, the cooking experience was informative, and the food was delicious. We learned so much about Balinese culture during this experience.

    Sing Made otherwise called Sunday was a fabulous host. Our day started with a Hotel pick up we were then driven to the local food market ( not the tourist market), where Sunday introduced us to Balinese produce that we would later use in our cooking class. Sunday shared his knowledge of Balinese culture and history with us throughout the day. After our tour around the food market Sunday welcomed us to his traditional Balinese home. Our cooking experience was set in the garden which was stunning. Sunday together with two of his family members guided us expertly through the process of taking all natural ingredients and turning them into a delicious Balinese meal. The meal that we prepared from scratch was then presented to us in a beautiful garden setting. Suksma Sunday this was truly our best day in Bali.

Sade Made is a wealth of information as he and his family share their home and traditions with us. The food is delicious, and the whole experience is unforgettable. . . you will not be disappointed.

    Our morning cooking experience with Sang Made was amazing and it’s not just about the cooking. The visit to a local market was interesting and Sang explained the ingredients and products for sale. We then got to learn how to cook, and then eat, some delicious food at his beautiful family home. Getting an insight into Balinese family life, how each home is set out and watching an offering at the family temple made this much more than just a cooking class. Thank you for a fantastic and memorable day - we will be looking forward to trying to recreate some of these dishes at home. We cannot recommend this experience more highly!!!
