    Everything went very smoothly with good communication. The driver, MOHSANGAKHAR was waiting for us when we exited the cruise port with a sign that had my name on it. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He helped with our luggage. A+

    The driver met us at the exit of the cruise terminal. He was on time and drove a clean vehicle, quickly and safely to the hotel.

    They had us scheduled for 7:30am pick up and I asked for 8:00 am pick up due to our disbarment from the ship. The driver said he couldn’t change the time due to another appointment so I said I understand and just cancel. I then received a call from someone else and was told the same thing and I said no problem just cancel it and I will get a taxi. As I am getting into the cab I received another call wanting to know where I was I told him I was getting in a taxi. He said no one told me to get a cab and that they had a driver there but never mentioned it prior or even when I said to cancel. They definitely need better communication it would have been a lot easier.

    He called and kept us informed of his whereabouts. Very easy to find. It was pouring down rain and he got as close as possible. Wonderful experience!
