    The boats are very small and it is not possible to stay dry, you have to carry the minimum in a waterproof backpack, there is no room for anything! La Plata is very nice , the lunch included is modest (take water) and the activity of the placton is 15 minutes in total and you have to be lucky to happen, depends on the moon!

    Cartagena Tours Colombia made our vacation truly special. Our guide was so knowledgeable and welcoming, taking us to both the highlights and hidden gems. We learned a lot about the culture and history and even had time to try local street food. 10/10!

    Terrible experience! Got up at 6am to be on time at the pick up place. Chaos, tons of people trying to find their buses, no signs, no information , no guides. But plenty of vendors trying to sell you their good every 20 seconds. 15 minutes prior the pick up I tried to contact the Cartagena Tours by WhatsApp. No answer but an option to chat. I asked how can we find the right bus. No answer for 30 minutes and finally a question- Did your tour guide contact you? We waited for another 45 minutes, in hot sun and chaotic environment.And that was the experience. The next day I just got an email confirming the deposit we made with the Cartagena Tours. No explanation, no apologies, no refunds. Never ever in 30 years of traveling around the world I have experience this level of incompetence. And I just had to write this first bad review ever.
