    Laura is so rude. I was fine when she canceled last minute due to the weather, that's understandable. However, she has been so terrible about me wanting a refund. This woman immediately jumps to aggression and blaming others. Go through someone else, Laura is not a pleasant person. Sure she'll likely attack me on here for leaving a bad review but word to the wise, that shows you exactly what kind of person she is. She even tried to say she hadn't accepted money but the itinerary showed completed after SHE CANCELED. She then refused to respond to refund requests through expedia. RUDE, CRUDE, and UNPLEASANT woman!!

    Laura was great! She was easy-going, fun and serious about safety. She brought wet suits, flippers, masks and snorkels for us. She was very clear with her instructions, extremely watchful and once we got the hang of snorkeling - she told us where we could swim and let us go out on our own, but was always available for help and for helpful fish naming! I will absolutely be back in touch with her for a tour of a different section of the area.

    I recently took a trip to Miami Beach and I was able to schedule a scuba diving excursion with Laura Parke, with PrivateScubaLessons.com. Laura is the best! her classes are not a mass of people, they are private small group, or in my case, individual instruction.     If I could rate 0 stars I would. Laura was terrible. From the beginning she had a horrible attitude and yelled at my sister because she wasn’t feeling well. She did not make us feel comfortable or take the time to learn our skill level, and when I got upset with her for yelling at my sister, I called her out and she turned around and screamed at me mentioning something about and white male privilege? She definitely has some social justice issues. When I pay hundreds of dollars for an experience, I expect to be treated with respect and at a higher level, which was not the case at all. A complete was of time and money.
