We bought tickets online through their website for their combo package of the Beyond the lens and Fly Ride. We received only a voucher that said to go to the main desk behind the giant camera out front to redeem our tickets. When we did that, the cashier at the desk acted like she had never seen a voucher before and asked about 4 times how we bought our tickets. We showed her the email that the voucher came on. She eventually allowed us in the beyond the lens part and had printed "tickets" for fly ride. However, those tickets didn't have any date or time printed on them. After going through all of Beyond the lens we stood in line for Fly Ride only to be told by 3 different people that they couldn't find our reservation then finally a forth person asked what time we reserved and when we stated that online never asked us to pick a time were we told "oh you needed to pick a time when you checked in today". We were then directed to the check-in desk to select a time and were told the next time was 2.5 hours later. We asked for a refund on that part of the experience and were told " You bought through a third party we can't refund that you will have to contact the third party company."

Family of 3 went today and cost almost 90$ and several things inside were broken. The sky ride was down, one of the 3 virtual reality games was broken and no one was worried about fixing it, there are arcade games and several weren’t working and no one wanting to fix them, there are many photo ops and they give you a card with a QR code to scan on a good many backdrops but most all of them weren’t scanning the code. There were not many workers and the ones they did have definitely didn’t want to help you or help fix any of the problems. We planned to be there for 3-4 hours and weren’t even there an hour. Videos make this place look amazing and it’s absolutely not! The best part?….. the exit .

This museum was a nice way to spend a few rainy hours. Some of the exhibits weren’t working. My boys (8 and 10) loved the old fashioned video game room and the arcade games. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only memorable event was the fingerprint roller coaster. I was terribly disappointed in the whole experience. There were no escape rooms, the flyride was non operational, and the part about groups of 14 at a time going through was nonexistent. Our group was finished in less than an hour.

Saw review on TripAdvisor that many exhibits were broken/out-of-order in February '24, but we gave it a try in March '24. It is also spring break week, many businesses have "welcome spring break" signage, so clearly business owners are aware. Yet one of the main exhibits (and surely revenue-generators!), the "Fly Ride" is under "scheduled" maintenance?! What business-owner "schedules" maintenance of one of its cash-cow exhibits and main attractions during the 2-3 weeks that represent Spring Break for schools?! Imagine Busch Gardens taking its top roller coaster offline the week of vacation, or Disney doing maintenance on its Harry Potter exhibit during Christmas break! Then, unfortunately, we did encounter the other broken exhibits. Games or exhibits with a frozen screen, one of the mirror hallway screens designed to give the hallway a 3D effect, with an error box right in the middle stating ".avi file not supported"! Obviously detracts from the impact of your 3D technology. The exhibit where you shoot targets of the Bigfoot display... there are 5 bays where participants stand and shoot simultaneously, only 2 bays were operational. So the lines build up in the two working bays, paying customers endure longer wait times, or disappontedly skip the exhibit altogether. Participants see staff walking through the exhibits, none acknowledge there are issues or attempt to redirect the building crowds. Certainly none are engaged in attempting to fix the failures or get the machines back online. No maintenance workers are trying to salvage the guest experience. This is also the exhibit where one of the screens was displaying the Windows file folders of the business! I walked over to one of the non-functioning bays and began surfing through the company's PC files!! I took pics of the screens with my phone as I entered the Windows>This PC>OS(C:) folder... there's literally a 13 second, 4.74mb mp4 file entitled "shooting gallery down", from 9/8/2023 12:12pm! I had access to every company file! I don't know what the folder X Studios>Documents>Arduino> libraries>IRemote gave me access to, but I could've altered who knows what from there! Staff clearly had no idea. The Bigfoot Sightings Interactive Map machine was frozen on the Videos Search screen. Some other game machine in the Pong game room was displaying the "Notifications" settings screen for Google Pay! Again, I could have changed settings for notifications, alerts, payments, transactions... good thing I had no malicious intent, I just took pictures to document this potential security risk! There were some good exhibits, and some working interactive ones. Overall though, the theme was very disjointed. One moment it's 70's/80's nostalgia memorabilia, then it's conspiracy theories (JFK, the moon landing, Bigfoot, aliens), then a shooting gallery, then it's VR gaming arena... never sure what the "concept" is. Confusing business model and myriad of maintenance issues make this a "can't recommend", sorry.

This place definately was not worth the price tag. 2 exhibits were being worked on. We were in and out in 20 minutes. It was very crowded and it was a super small space

I am all for quirky oddball activities, the quirkier it is the happier I am. This one did not disappoint. There are photo ops throughout the museum. There are interactive exhibits including a whole gaming area with old school arcade games. You even get to take a selfie with big foot. There are VR activities as well. Highly recommend for a family activity

It's a fun place too visit. We spent about 2 hours in there playing games and taking pictures. The children really had a blast. The fly ride was fun as well. Definitely recommend!
