Boulder

Nestled at the foot of the Boulder flatirons you'll unroll your mat and be guided through an outdoor yoga session. I offer vinyasa style yoga classes that are slow and intentional, with a focus on spinal alignment and linking the breath to movement. Yoga classes last 45-60 minutes and, if you are participating in a yoga hike, we will follow our yoga session with a 1-2 hour hike. Outdoor yoga allows us to shift our surroundings, stepping out of our daily routines and granting ourselves the opportunity for perspective. My intention is to create a space for us to bring our whole and messy selves, to play, laugh, and have fun while connecting with others in our local and global community. I strive to create containers that provide opportunities for silliness and self-reflection, belly laughs and breathwork, you-time and yoga.
