Amazing experience learning about the art of graffiti and so much incredible history. We have no idea how our guide bottled all this knowledge in her brain - not only about New York but other countries’ street art scene. Must do for your trip to New York!

This is an authentic and raw dive into the Brooklyn street art scene. For someone looking at experiencing a less discovered part of New York and learning more about the global art form of graffiti, this is well worth the time. Our guide was knowledgeable and brought to life the characters and artists in a very personal way. Definitely a great change of pace from the down the center of the road MOMA or Met visits.

It was an incredible privilege to do this tour with Audrey, who has deep knowledge of street artists and their work. To be honest, it was a completely transformative experience, getting a sense of the broader social context. The next day I walked around feeling like I could read my surroundings differently. And I am still talking about this tour to my friends, more than a week on. I can't recommend it enough.

Booked a one hour street art tour for after a graffiti lesson with Graff tours. We learnt so much and came away realising how complex and demanding the role of a street artist is. The guide was very knowledgeable and informative and we didn’t have to go far to see lots of work from lots of artists nearby. I would say the tour is for older teens as it’s very in depth. If you do do the tour and need a coffee or snack check out Bread Brothers Bagel Cafe just up the road from the Montrose Subway station.

Learned so much about graffiti, street art, tagging, commercial street art, and what is legal and what is illegal . After this tour you will never look at a wall, sidewalk, streetpost, or decorated outdoor spot the same way. Eddie was informative , answered questions, and the pace was just right. The meeting place is a 5 minute walk from the subway in a safe daylight area. I have wanted to do this tour for years and I am so happy I did.

We really enjoyed learning about street art vs graffiti. Our guide was wonderful! You can tell she lives for this and enjoys her job. I bought my two small kids 8 & 11 and shockingly they behaved enough to learn several things from our guide. I think it was b/c of her engagement with them and the excitement she shows when talking about it. I would recommend to anyone wanting to learn something new in life.
