We were looking for a cooking class for our group of 20 as a work team building opportunity. Chef Paige, Mark, and Ashley did an absolutely phenomenal job! The kitchen is so organized and clean and they were excellent instructors. It was fun to learn the recipes and she gave us numerous other cooking pointers as well. The brunch menu was spot on and came out delicious! I just can't recommend this class enough!

This cooking lesson was an amazing way to spend a Sunday afternoon with my friend. The group wasn't too large, and everyone got a chance to participate, make, and taste whatever they wanted. Chef Dale and Monica were phenomenal, gave great cooking tips, and showed us the best cooking techniques!! The food we made had amazing flavor and texture, from the pancakes and waffles to the chicken to the crispy bacon, and more. Mimosas, orange juice, and coffee was available to us at the side table for the entire three hours, as was fresh fruit. I wished we had slightly more time to eat after cooking all the food, but that was my own fault because my friend and I were 10 minutes late and the chef and the group were kind enough to wait for us. I can't wait to take more lessons with friends and family here, especially with Chef Dale and Monica. The location is really nice too--just a couple minutes away from Battery Park where we walked off the calories of the huge brunch we just ate. Highly recommend this experience!!

My daughter and I took the Brunch in a Crunch class in NYC in September. As a beginner cook, I felt like I would be intimidated in class. Paige and Oliver were wonderful teachers who made everyone feel comfortable no matter what level of experience they had. The recipes were delicious and easy enough that I plan to replicate them at home. It was a fun and tasty afternoon!!
