    We choose this tour “ Hiking to Salto do Prego in Faial da Terra - full day” the hike was so so beautiful “IT IS A MUST” if you don’t have time to do many hike choose this one. Our guide “ Nuno” was amazing, really, very helpful, informative/ knowledgeable & patient. He also help us take some photos He gave us l the hiking poles and they were very very helpful. The lunch included with the tour was really good, we had either chicken or tuna salad, and apples, desert and juice. If you choose this tour you will need your hiking boots/shoes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, water, poles ( the company provide them), bathing suit if you want to swim, & camera or a phone to take beautiful photos… was really amazing Thank you

    This easy hike is for someone who want to enjoy the nature and receiving interesting information about people, habits and plants of the Azores. And this is what I was looking for. At the Salto do Prego it is possible to swim.

    Another good tour if you like walking,be prepared it is uphill and if it is raining can be slippery. At the end of the hike the village that is being restored is really nice. The guide was not very enthusiastic, but it is a good hike.

    I had a great experience on this hike (and lunch was very good as well) and I appreciated the patience and understanding of the guide as I wasn't going as fast as the others.
