What to expect
Canopy Tour guests may visit the Wolf Centre on their own before or after their tour depending on the tour time. The Wolf Centre is a 5,000 square foot facility that houses exhibits of local wild life, a cinema, a gift shop, and a large indoor observatory. Visit the observatory to catch a glimpse of Haliburton Forest’s wolf pack: permanent residents of Haliburton Forest since 1993. For 9:00am tours, guests could visit the Wolf Centre after their tour. For 1:30pm tours, guests could visit the Wolf Centre before their tour.
The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.

Guests should be able to walk at a relaxed pace under their own power for a minimum of 3 hours as well as being capable of embarking and disembarking a large voyageur style canoe from a dock. Guests will be required to wear a lap harness the same as what is used for rock climbing.
