What to expect
Canopy Tour guests may visit the Wolf Centre on their own before or after their tour depending on the tour time. The Wolf Centre is a 5,000 square foot facility that houses exhibits of local wild life, a cinema, a gift shop, and a large indoor observatory. Visit the observatory to catch a glimpse of Haliburton Forest’s wolf pack: permanent residents of Haliburton Forest since 1993. For 9:00am tours, guests could visit the Wolf Centre after their tour. For 1:30pm tours, guests could visit the Wolf Centre before their tour.

Guests should be able to walk at a relaxed pace under their own power for a minimum of 3 hours as well as being capable of embarking and disembarking a large voyageur style canoe from a dock. Guests will be required to wear a lap harness the same as what is used for rock climbing. -
