After falling in love with the wilder part of Sardinia, my Dutch boyfriend begged me to go on an adventure in the inner part of the island and I could have not asked for a better experience than the one from this weekend. Neither me nor my boyfriend are very athletic, so what seemed like a physically challenging experience scared us a bit in the beginning. However, Adriano and his expertise put us at ease from the start, explaining to us how the activity of Canyoning works and how to properly use the given equipment. Adriano provided us with all the necessary equipment, from the wetsuit to the ropes and belts. It was truly an amazing day, filled with laughter, adrenaline and beautiful scenery. Not only would we do this a thousand more times, but we can honestly say that we now know (at least in part) the ins and outs of what it takes to do this kind of activity. We cannot wait for next summer and our next amazing adventure with Adriano!!

The canyoning was good overall but the tour was quite short. We were lucky that there were only two of us hiking the route because no more people signed up. So instead of the planned 3 hours, we were only out for about 1.5 hours including the way back.
The guide only spoke a little English but it was enough to get us safely through the mountains and he was really friendly!

The guides did not show up at the place indicated in the tickets, we tried to contact them but there was no reception, we had to go back on the state road, and once contacted we were told that the cons of the ticket was not that! And they had already left. Nobody contacted us the previous days to tell us that in the tickets there was a different meeting point while we called several times without having an answer. What about... unprofessional maybe it would be a compliment....

I experienced canyoning with my partner. For us it was the first time and I will not hide that at first we were a bit 'scared by this very adrenaline activity. Adriano was able to recommend a route suitable for our needs, that of BauMela. The experience was immediately directed to give us confidence and autonomy of movement through initial training. Even in the heart of canyoning, Adriano accompanied us and helped us downhill, advising and encouraging us. We set aside initial fears and enjoyed the breathtaking scenery and canyoning experience.
Adriamo has enriched us and above all has transmitted a passion. I can say that thanks to 25 Miglia this was only the first canyoning of many others that we look forward to repeating, but with a greater confidence and knowledge. Experience that I highly recommend to anyone, from families with children to older.
