What to expect
Maiden's Cove Braai Area
The first stop on this 10-hour private day tour is Maidens Cove. Views of the notorious 12 Apostles Mountain range and the blue shimmering waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Camps Bay beach, this spot is perfect for many things. If you want picture-perfect-photos then Maidens Cove boasts breathtaking landscapes specially designed for your camera.
We continue to Chapmans Peak Drive. This has to be one of the best, if not, the best marine drive in the world! From the lookouts, you’ll be able to view the unspoiled Horseback ride beach of Noordhoek, Hout Bay Harbour and the Seal colony.
Not too far from Scarborough, we turn into the Cape of Good Hope nature reserve to visit Cape Point lighthouse and the most south-west point of Africa. This is the highlight of the tour your guide will provide an overview of the area and give you ample time to explore the Nature Reserve without being restricted. Instagram and Facebook photos will be taken by your Guide behind the famous 'Cape Point' and 'Cape of Good Hope' board. Please note take note of the wild animals in the reserve such as the baboons, Mountain Zebra, antelopes and variety of birds (ostrich included) - Feeding of baboons is prohibited
On the drive back, stop at Boulders Beach. Here you'll learn about these friendly African Penguins that call the boulders beach their home. From only two breeding pairs in 1982, the penguin colony has grown to about 3,000 birds in recent years. Admire the penguins from a designated viewing point, and observe these creatures as they go about their day..
Boyes Drive
The Boyes drive in Muizenberg which has absolutely stunning views of the False Bay coast. This is also a good spot to watch surfers at Muizenberg Beach Surfing Paradise
Our last attraction of this tour is the famous Table Mountain. You’ll be taken to the top of Table Mountain via a cableway. The rotating floor will give you the opportunity to see 360-degree views of the beautiful coastlines of Cape Town. The cableway is safe and it only takes a moment to get you to the top. Once you are at the top, walk around at your leisure and explore the mountain characterized by its flat features. After Table Mountain, you will be taken back to the pickup location or with the option to change the drop-off point.
Bo-kaap
Not too far from Table Mountain, your guide will stop in Bo-kaap. This will be a good opportunity to take some beautiful pictures of the colourful houses, and also to know the story behind those colors.
The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
