Since it was a private tour, we got to customize a bit which we wanted to see an artsy neighborhood and we did. The tour was great, and guide was exceptional. We enjoyed ourselves touring around the city. The view from the convent was amazing. Everyone should visit up there just for the view of the entire panoramic view. So glad we booked this since we were only there 1 day cruising.

We arranged a private city tour with Cesar, he was knowledgeable, professional, courteous.
Cesar showed us Cartagena very well and we learned many new things about La Fantastica!
He picked us up at our hotel, mentioned places to shop if we wanted to purchase souvenirs and local restaurants. We had a delicious lunch ala Picua restaurante!
We did enjoy this tour very much, and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to make the best of their time in Cartagena!

Wonderful experience. From the moment we were greeted at the dock until our return we were constantly being provided with sites to see and historical facts about Cartagena.
With Louis under the wheel of our van we were able to weave our way through the worst traffic congestion I’ve ever seen. Cartagena traffic puts Southern California (the 10, 5, and 405) to shame. I cannot imagine how larger tour vehicles got at, most of the tour time must have been sitting in traffic.
Our guide, Felipeli, was constantly giving us facts and answering questions. His guided tour through the fort (or is it a castle - he’ll let you know as you leave the walled city).
Visit the La Popa Convent, Getsemani, and many other sites. Shop as much as you want or none at all.
The tour ended at the dock area and we had time to visit the zoo area. Anteaters, sloths, macaws, peacocks, oh my.
Had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend booking this tour. Easy to work with and well organized!

Great overview tour of Cartagena. Cesar was an interesting and knowledgeable guide on everything from history of the city to where to eat like a local. I thoroughly enjoyed the time and experience. Highly recommend you do this on the first day of your stay as it’ll help maneuver the city and know what you’d like to return to.
