    I was so lucky that I’m the only customer for todays session so I had private lesson as a total beginner of SUP. Shiko is a very very nice coach who encourages me to stand up and tell me all the tips for standing longer! I enjoyed so much with his teaching! He also helps me to take a lot pictures which is very nice for solo traveller. I totally recommend choose SUP to explore the cave.

    Benagil Caves is magnificent and is worth the experience. This company provides guidance for inexperient or first-time paddlers. They also teach how to use the board and safety instructions. It will be a perfect first time for anyone and an amazing experience for those who know how to paddle. During July and August, I recommend doing a private tour early in the morning for a better experience. It is not very regulated and there are too many people in the water. You do not need to stand with you don't want, you can stay on your knees, I LOVE it

    Excellent trip. Shiko was a great instructor who taught us lots of useful techniques. Beautiful caves and coastline. It was much busier than we expected with boats so have to really concentrate when they go past because of the waves made. This was May so can imagine could be quite hectic in the height of summer

    The SUP tour of the Benagil caves was amazing. We went earlier in the day (10 am) so there were smaller crowds and had only 4 people in our tour group. Our guide, Antonio, was fantastic- helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and spoke English & Portuguese. The caves are not to be missed, especially Paradise cave which cannot be easily accessed by the speed boats.
