    Thrills! Fun!! Excitement!! All in a beautiful, remote setting. The guides were all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We loved Owen, the guide in our boat!! The lunch they provided was delicious and filling, with enough choices to satisfy all the different tastes. We especially enjoyed the stops along the way .... to jump off rocks into the river, to hike behind a waterfall, and to swim through a "pothole" in the rock. This trip is excellent rafting and more!!!

    Where to start… from the check in staff to the trip leader Paul to the bus driver it was perfect !! Our personal guide Mickey Timpone was 100% on point . He explained each rapid and gave clear direction to assist us in a safe exciting trip . All of the guides were absolutely awesome . They were engaged in everyone and worked together to provide a wonderful memory ! I would recommend NOC always ! Their attention to detail was beyond words . It was obvious that the training that goes into running the Chattooga is quite extensive and every guide was exactly where they needed to be at the right time . Everyone had a positive exciting attitude. Quite impressive teamwork . Well done all!!

    Going over the class 5 rapids. Our river guides were top notch and professional. Our safety and having a fun trip was their prime concern . The lunch at the end was an awesome surprise. 👌

    It was fantastic and beautiful! Some of us we reluctant to go, but sooo glad we did and will bring other visitors back again. Sam was a great guide, smart, strong and sweet, part of an awesome team that made us feel safe the whole way! Thanks again NOC!

    Section 4 of the Chattooga River is the Southeast's iconic whitewater rafting experience. Rapids include Seven-Foot Falls, Raven's Chute, and the famous Five Falls - five class IV-V rapids that occur in just 1/3 of a mile. After a brief trip safety talk and video, you’ll get geared up and load onto our bus to shuttle to the river put in. Once at the river, your experienced guide will walk you through instructions and what to expect. Then it’s down the river you go- paddling through Section 4's technical and fun rapids and enjoying the raw beauty of this Wild and Scenic Chattooga River. In addition to the amazing whitewater, you'll stop for a riverside lunch at the majestic Long Creek Falls, followed by navigating the famous Five Falls.
