    Will was spectacular in his attention to details and making sure everyone was involved and having fun. He let the kids use the emf reader and they loved it

    Our guide was ready for us. He let us know rain was coming, but we didn't bring our coats. Rain did come and he had ponchos for all of us. The tour starts in the park and talks about the houses around the park. It was informative and entertaining. He walked us over to our car and helped us with suggestions close by and what to do the next day.

    What a really great experience for my kids and I! I am a homeschool Mom and this was the perfect little history trip and activity for my kids. They learned about history and an awesome spooky twist with the ghost stories. The tour guide even gave them a device that showed where ghosts were, they loved it. I will definitely be recommending this tour and also setting up some groups to check it out!

    Be careful! There are at least TWO Cheesman Park Ghost Tours, one you buy off Groupon and this one. The Groupon one you buy your tickets and you have to call a number to setup an appointment to go on the tour. We purchased tickets from Groupon and called to setup a time and called and called and called and no one answered. We finally just went on the day that we had them for and no one was there. So we found THIS tour and called them thinking it was the OTHER tour. It became apparent pretty quickly this isn’t the same company. We booked our tickets and showed up and he was there on time just like he said he would be on the phone. It was a great tour! Some history, some ghost stories about the history, showed you where the ghost stories came from and how to find the different sections of the graveyard, there was a funny interaction at one of the mansion homes where they were making spooky ghost noises through the Ring intercom! It was super funny and just added to the fun. We caught a couple of orbs and some spooky lighting, a furry friend joined us for a bit and we had a good time. Don’t buy the tickets from Groupon, and don’t confuse the two!

    THERE IS NO PARKING IN CHEEESMAN PARK ITSELF. You will need to give yourself extra time to find parking. Please meet at the Cheesman Park Pavilion on the West side. Look for your guide wearing a costume and holding a lantern. If you use Lyft/Uber, drop off points are Race and 9th, or Race and 11th.
