    As a Frenchwoman, I think I know everything, but still, there are things to learn from PJ. With my friends from America, I took this tour, and I would give it 10 stars if I could. This is without question the number one, best food tour in Paris. So very entertaining. So very delicious as well.

    What an extraordinary experience learning about the history of Montmarte and its vibrant community strength along with the unique value and care the French hold for the highest quality of fresh foods and nurturing well-being through these. The walking and eating tour identifying how to recognize the highest quality and enjoying shining examples of that . Including the delicious tasting menu served to us by Chef PJ and his sister at their restaurant Le Petit Moulin. During the shared meal Chef PJ provided a master class in wine - how to best enjoy it, how to taste it fully, how to serve it and encouraging all to find their favorites. Truly an unforgetable, enlightening experience...I have already recommended to many. Bravo! Merci!

    Outstanding experience: Chef Sophie’s French Market Tour was the absolute best way to experience authentic French food in Paris. Exploring Marché d’Aligre with Chef Sophie turns a simple Paris food market visit into a genuine culinary experience, with fascinating insight into French ingredients, food traditions and the way Parisians actually shop and eat. This was so educational, in a great taste way. The breakfast is a surprise and quite delicious. If you’re looking for a small-group Paris food tour, an authentic French market tour, or a unique culinary experience away from the usual tourist route, this tour is an excellent choice. There is nothing paint-by-numbers on this tour. The food is fantastic, the market is full of character, and Chef Sophie makes the entire experience feel personal, relaxed and genuinely Parisian. I had a delightful day.
