    The pesto making experience was excellent. Booking it through Viator was a huge mistake. You can book directly through Nessun Dorma for 80 Euro each. We paid an additional 130 Euro to book through this tour. Do not do it.

    We absolutely loved this experience! Simone provided history and great instruction. The service team was fun and friendly. Met friendly people, enjoyed the view, and look forward to making pesto at home. Highly recommend!!

    Simon, the owner of Let's Pesto! was fabulous. When he realized we were an hour late, he personally set us up and gave us a personal course! It was excellent excellent and we ate our own hand-made pesto sauce! (We were late due to a three-hour train ride and lack of support from Viator.)

    View was perfection. This is a very popular restaurant that often has several hour waiting times, so if you don't have much time in Manarola this a a great way to guarantee a spot with no waiting. The class was informative and the lunch was delicious. The owner, Simon, teaches the class and is a very wholesome guy with a great story about the place. The other staff members are great and excited to be there. I recognize the class is one of the more expensive options for something like this, but it was worth every cent. Highly recommend!
