    So I bought a combined ticket from Viator for the hop on hop off bus and Sky Deck observation deck entry for Tuesday. The bus part was fine but the observation deck was closed - and only opens Friday to Sunday! So I purchased a ticket for an attraction that was closed and this was not mentioned on the website. I requested a pro-rated refund of the observation deck from Viator, who as the booking agent, are liable. But for a reason that they are unable to properly explain, have refused. Avoid using Viator and book with a more reputable company instead.

    Purchased a full-day ticket, drove both a tour with the open bus, really good way to see a new city. In addition, a tour with the small closed bus, which drove another route, including to the most beautiful rose garden and lovely stops. The driver told during the trip about sights, lovely trip.

    employees did not seem to be very knowledgeable. Had 48 hour pass + observation tower. Had to ask 2nd time for observation tower ticket. Also, later when I asked if the observation tower ticket was good 24 hours or 48 hours. Neither employee could give me an answer. Also, long wait times. Ended up walking to most spots. Actually had a hop on hop off bus at the designated area. Went to get on it and was told it was not hop on hop off. Exact same printing on bus that we had ridden prior. Apparently, he was hired for another use. After waiting 40 minutes walked to where we wanted to go. Ok in other cities but not worth the money in Seattle
