    I missed this flight by the whiskers and lost the whole 500 dollars due to the traffic situation from a cruise ship leaving the harbour about the same. Unfortunately it’s my first time in LA and has left a very bad taste in my mouth, if I knew traffic situations were gonna be this bad, probably would have never made it, I do feel this would have been a great experience but didn’t experience it and lost the money at the same time. The team unfortunately said there was nothing they could do about it. If you’re planning for this, plan with the traffic situation in mind

    I would have given 5 out 5 but the AC was broken in the back of the helicopter. Made me a little sick as it was so hot. But Armando was great, flight was smooth and right amount of time. Make sure to ask if AC is working!
