This was a very packed day with lots to see. Be well rested beforehand! The only part that felt incomplete was I wish there were more time at hot springs.

Well, the things we saw were overall quite nice, the landscapes were super impressive. We could see Condors, Llamas, Alpacas and Vicuñas. However at the day before the tour they promised us to pick us up first, they ended up pickung us up last and we had to share the last row of the bus with a family that brought their less than 2 years old baby. The baby was crying and screaming all day long(understandable). I don't really understand why the company allows little babies on a 15 hour bus tour?! These incidents made it less enjoyable for us.

The initial pickup, very punctual, comfortable mobility and driver handled fast but prudent. The guide always guided us from the place we visited. The simply spectacular lunch all very tasty and various options in the buffet. I definitely recommend them, they will not regret it.

What to expect
03:00 AM we begin the ADVENTURE TOUR IN THE COLCA 01 DAY with the pick up of the passengers in the different hotels, to start the trip through Yura. The trip will be made directly to the cross of the condor, stopping only for breakfast.
At approximately 08:30 we will arrive at the Cruz del Cóndor from where we can appreciate one of the deepest canyons in the world and where the sanctuary of the condor is located. On the way back we will stop in the towns of Pinchollo, Maca and Yanque that have beautiful colonial churches; as well as in the Miradores de Antahuilque and Choquetico from where we can observe the tombs and pre-Inca models and the beautiful landscape of Colca with its impressive terraces.
11:30 In Chivay we will go to the thermal baths.
12:30 Lunch in Chivay and return to Arequipa
13:30 approx. On the way back we will stop at the volcanoes viewpoint (highest point 4,910 meters above sea level), in the Tocra wetlands where we can see the diversity of wild birds, herds of alpacas and llamas; In Pampa Cañahuas we will observe herds of vicuñas (part of the Aguada Blanca and Salinas National Reserve) the beautiful South American camelid possessing one of the finest fibers in the world.
17:00 approx. Arrival in Arequipa.
