    The staff were great… friendly and kept us updated through the trip…. We didn’t see any animals but that’s nature for you! They did offer our next trip at just €10 each which I thought was really good!

    My wife booked this trip and at the desk told me she had upgraded us to the "celebrity" version. This included a free drink and fruit to eat which was lovely. It also meant a lot less people in the Catarmaran than the standard trip. Myself, my wife and daughters aged 16 and 12 went on this trip. From start to finish the crew were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about marine life and the Island of Madeira. They had great conversation and were very professional. The trip was smooth and relaxing. Not only did we get to see beautiful Dolphins in their natural habitat but we also stopped and we're able to swim/dive/snorkel off the back on the boat. It was fantastic. Throughout the trip the crew were giving detailed facts about various marine life and I learned alot of things I didn't know. The crew paid special care and attention to the people who went into the water and at one point one gesticulated at me to ask if I was OK (I was first off the boat and into the water and remained there until we had to leave). Snorkel kits were provided by the crew and I was able to dive down and get some great footage on my go pro camera. My wife and daughters also came into the water which made it a great family experience.     I had the pleasure of going on the magic dolphin celebrity trip with my family this week and it was a fantastic experience. The boat we were on was spacious, comfortable and contained seats inside the boat or on the deck. Whilst on the trip we saw two bottleneck dolphins, which the staff had expertly guided us to. The staff displayed their knowledge and passion of the animals which was fascinating. We also had time to get off the boat and swim, with the swimming equipment they provided, which was an amazing. Additionally, included you get a free fruits and one drink. As a whole it was incredible, particularly the staff who ensured that everybody was safe whilst sharing their knowledge about the animals and history of the island. Couldn’t recommend this enough !!!!

    The boat was lovely, the crew were friendly and knowledgable, we saw lots of wildlife which my little girl loved. There were only 4 of us on the boat which made it even more special, thank you for a lovely time

    We were lucky to book the celebrity cruise with only 4 other people. We managed to see the tail of a whale but a whole pod of dolphins. The staff were all friendly and really care about the environment.

    Magic Dolphin Celebrity is a unique sailing catamaran. Offers so much space for each guest. Limited just 25 people aboard. Less passengers for better experience. You can feel like a real celebrity. Our professional team will be looking out for Whales and Dolphins. When we find them, our guides will give you all the information you need to know about these wonderful creatures. You have your personnel guides, no que, no crowd.. Total relaxation, what you deserve for your holiday. Summer months, we will stop in Gabo Girao for a dip into Atlantic Ocean. Please note July and Aug our 9am trip is only 2.5hours. We may not have enough time to stop for swim. On your way back, you can sit back and relax, enjoy the views of beautiful bays of Funchal and the view to famous Reid s Hotel, where Sir. Winston Churchill stayed once.
