What to expect
Riad Saba
We will meet 09.30 at Riad Saba, and then go out shopping in the Mellah market, where we will buy the ingrediences for the cooking course. We will then head back to Riad Saba and start the shopping by 11.30. Our Cook is Samiya, a professional cook who has a cooking education, and has worked as a cook in hotels for several years. Our translator is Jamal, a Swedish-Moroccan, whois fluent in English, Swedish and Arabic. He will help you make the whole process understandable.
