The lesson will end with a dinner based on the delicacies prepared with your hands! Each lesson a different theme: 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday of the month PAN FOR FOCACCIA AND PIZZA Let's get to know the world of bread-making together, explore the different types of flours and learn how to knead, rise and bake breads and focaccias. Without forgetting the Italian pizza!
