Each lesson will begin with a short tour of the artisans of the Central Market to better understand the products that will be used during the class, then it will be time to wear aprons and learn the secrets of transforming the product into delicious gourmet or traditional dishes. The lesson will end with a dinner based on the delicacies prepared with your hands! Each lesson a different theme: 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday of the month PAN FOR FOCACCIA AND PIZZA Let's get to know the world of bread-making together, explore the different types of flours and learn how to knead, rise and bake breads and focaccias. Without forgetting the Italian pizza! Discover the different types of flours (grinding), the uses based on the type of grains and cereals in terms of high digestibility and nourishing properties. 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month "ABC DELLA CUCINA" Join us on a learning path of cooking techniques from the most basic to the most sought, have fun and learn to use the tools you have at home and to make tasty creations by applying what you will learn in our training lessons.
