    Great experience in a charming and friendly atmosphere. Like a cozy family get together! Beautiful scenic hillside location overlooking the lemon groves and town of Minori. Great recipes using local ingredients.

    Everything was better than perfect. We were treated first as guests and then as friends. Our teenagers enjoyed every minute too. I have take a few cooking classes, but this was more than a class. It was a delicious meal and a lovely evening with shared with new friends. Don’t miss this experience!

    My husband and I, along with our 2 daughters, ages 21 and 16, spent an evening with Nicola and Andreina in their home, learning how to cook 'ndunderi ( a local Minori pasta), meatballs, and tiramisu. We then enjoyed the delicious feast followed by homemade limoncello. The evening was delightful in every way; the food, the view, and the conversation. Nicola and Andreina were fantastic hosts and it felt like we had made new friends when the evening ended! After returning home from our trip to Italy, we all named the cooking class as our favorite activity of the whole trip. Thank you, Nicola and Andreina!

    A wonderful evening, we learned some cooking, we learned about Minori and we were hosted by a wonderful family who opened their home to us.

    We had a lovely time learning to make ‘ndunderi with a lemon sauce, egglant parmigiana,and tiramisu. They were delicious and we enjoyed the meal afterwards with Niccola and Andreina,accompanied by wine and followed by limoncella tastings. It was also nice to meet and converse with their son Daniel. We were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of our hosts and their willingness to answer our many questions. We recommend taking the local bus up the mountain and then walking back down to Minori afterwards to add to the enjoyable experience.
