Cristina welcomed to me into her home and it was a joy from start to finish. She taught me how to make a complete Tuscany meal the authentic Italian way, Not from a recipe but from tradition. She taught me how to make handmade pasta, rolled pork with prosciutto and tiramisu. Cristina was warm and fun with a ray of Italian mamma sunshine. Afterwards, I ate the meal we made together in her front yard with an amazing view of Tuscany. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time. Chef Elena was so kind, fun and taught us so much! We actually made our appetizer, 1st, 2nd course and a wonderful dessert! Her kitchen was located on a gorgeous villa and was so quaint! Our experience was 10 out of 10! Such a memorable night in Corona! We will tell all of our friends!

We had a cooking day with Chef Elena Baracchi that was spectacular. We started with making dessert, Tiramisu, then our bruschetta, Tuscan Sausage with Buratta, Stuffed mushrooms and onto the main course of Pici with cherry tomatoes and garlic. We also used our pasta dough and made breadsticks. The food was so delicious and we learned so much about Cortona and the Tuscan Culture. Who needs turkey?

This class was wonderful and well organized. It takes place at a family estate in the beautiful countryside not far from town. Elena is a very engaging teacher. We learned how to make several appetizers, a pasta dish and dessert. The group was small so easy to manage. Elena picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel which was very convenient.
