    This cooking class was incredible. Not only was it a ton of fun but it was easily the best food my fiancée and I had while in Positano (and I’m not just saying that cause we helped cook it). Emily is super kind and patient with her guests and breaks down the cooking process so that even those in our group who felt shy about their cooking skills, felt like pros by the end. If you want a true authentic experience this is it. Emily lets you in on her families history and how her grandmother instilled her with a passion for pasta and cooking. Her mother, father, brother and kids are there too! A true family experience. Taking this class is an absolute must if you are in Positano!

    This was an incredible, local experience in Positano! Emily and her family were so kind and welcoming. Being able to prepare both tiramisu and gnocchi was so fun, and being able to dine outside on the family’s beautiful patio was a great way to end class. Emily was also so helpful in coordinating taxi pickups / drop offs for the couples as their home can be a little tricky to get to via public transportation. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Positano!

    Emily and her family made us feel right at home. This experience was incredible and I loved how she took the time to tell us her family’s story with each recipe. Her instructions on cooking and explanations of ingredients used were clear and easy to follow. We had the best time and the best dinner and desert in Positano here.

    What a wonderful evening in Positano!! This was definitely THE highlight of our family's recent trip to Italy. The day before our event, Emily organized transportation for our family of 5 and the warmth and hospitality continued as we were welcomed into her ancestral home and finished with a delicious and bountiful dinner in the the loveliest of settings. We enjoyed every minute of our experience from learning the history of our location and Emily's family, to preparing our meal (all from local ingredients and vegetables from their garden), to eating the most delicious gnocchi and meatballs we tasted during our entire time in Italy. The whole experience was unforgettable and my girls said many times over that it was their absolute favorite night of our trip. Emily and her family are special people and this experience was absolutely magical in every way. THANK YOU!!

    We couldn't recommend this experience enough. All the way from the day before the experience when Emily organised a Taxi for us from the main part of town to her residence until the end of the experience, we couldn't have been more impressed with this cooking class experience in Positano. The hosts were incredible welcoming and friendly and made us feel part of their family for the evening which made it a truly special and authentic experience. The food was sensational and it was great to learn some of the family's recipes that had been passed down through generations. We couldn't recommend this enough to anyone looking for a truly authentic experience in Positano!!
