What to expect

If during your trip you have time for an Apulian gastronomic experience, it will be very instructive, fun and active. Immerse yourself in the local culture by joining an Italian family. Discover the secrets of grandmothers on how to prepare focaccia and fresh pasta. The traditional Apulian cooking experience with Juanita takes place 10 minutes from the Central Train Station, close to the Shopping Streets and the historical and cultural attractions that characterize the city, such as the old city, the beautiful Cathedral, the Basilica, Palazzo Fizzarotti, the Petruzzelli theater and much more. Juanita will share tips and tricks to make the traditional Bari focaccia the legendary ORECCHIETTE. At the end of the lesson, I will share the recipes to take home, TO AMAZE ON YOUR RETURN HOME RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. Together we will decide the start time of the course. Duration : 2 hours and 30 minutes
