What to expect
Domaine Specht
This animation is an opportunity for the participant to discover our cellar. Between casks, barrels and stainless steel vats, we will have the opportunity to discuss the profession of winegrower as well as the winemaking process. We continue with a unique sensory experience, in the hollow of our cellar where we invite participants to rediscover their senses through three activities. At first, the participants will use their sense of smell to detect the different aromas of the wine. First, the participants use their sense of smell to detect the different aromas of the wine. In a second step, the taste buds of the participants are solicited. Indeed, through the tasting of flavored waters we invite participants to identify where the taste buds are located that detect the 4 primary flavors. Finally, after the effort the comfort: we end this animation by tasting 3 new food-wine pairings with artisanal products.
