What to expect
Upper Carniola Region
This is a half day trip, a short hike along a beautiful, crystal clear local river vicinity of Bled in the Slovenian Alps. After a short drive from downtown Bled we will reach starting point. Our guide will briefly explain you the highlights of the hike, leave you to hike & enjoy the river a bit yourself, so you can inhale the nature and get some pictures and join you afterwards here and there to make sure you are on track. On this hike emphasis is that you can enjoy also your own time and relax in the nature. It is a very straightforward hike along the river and if you like attractions like Vintgar Gorge, then you will like this one too. The experience will include a bit of everything, so some hiking, a few easy stairs, hanging bridge, a very short beginner climbing alike experience (even if you are a beginner you can do it and get some insight on the climbing), gorge and you can even dip into the freezing water if you will like.
