The agency was a bit late. The tour bus was experiencing problems with the clutch since the beginning. The space between the seats was so small and tight, it was not a comfortable journey for a tall person like me. We arrived at Cuernavaca and the tour guide told us that a new tour bus is coming due to the clutch issue. We had to wait an hour or more for the new bus. The tour guide would avoid us at some instances when we wanted to know a time frame to be back at the bus. We were very late for our Taxco visit. We left Taxco at 7pm, arrived to Mexico City at 11:30pm, due to traffic.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and she spoke English and Spanish! I always feel safe when I come to Mexico!

The lunch was awful.
The guide was driving the bus as well. He drank a couple of beers during lunch. All the driving was good, but I don´t like a driver who drinks beer during his duty.
The stop in Cuernavaca is too short to enjoy, and the guide focus on jokes and other stories, but nothing about the place.
