What to expect

Experience a two-and-a-half-hour workshop where you learn how to make your own pralines and mendiants in true Belgian style, using 100% organic, artisanal Chuncho cacao from the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Cusco, renowned for producing some of the best organic cacao in the world. The workshop takes place in the heart of Cusco, and before getting your hands dirty, you will explore the rich history and culture of chocolate. You will create around 21 pralines and 10 mendiants of your own, choosing fillings from a wide range of toppings, from homemade local jams to an extensive variety of local and organic nuts. During the class, you will also enjoy a hot chocolate that you will learn to prepare yourself, and you will be taught how to make ganache. At the end of the workshop, you will receive a personalized box so you can take your creations home to share with family and friends, and above all, you will have the satisfaction of tasting your own chocolate bonbons made with one of the finest organic cacaos in the world.
