What to expect
Washington
Surf DC is unlike any experience in Washington DC. You will enjoy a guided moderately challenging paddle upstream in the Potomac on our provided surfboards where we will come to a standing river wave. Once at the wave, you will receive coaching and mentorship on how to paddle into the standing river wave and stand up and ride exactly as you would in the ocean. These river waves are naturally made from the flow of the Potomac and are very safe when using the proper provided safety gear.
The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
