    Excellent family adventure with this crew. Patient and knowledgeable - some of our family were nervous for the first dive, but Jaime and Steph took the very best care of all! Made it incredibly enjoyable and comfortable. And Thanks to the best captain, Tommy! Would definitely recommend Aqua Marine Dive Center! We will be back

    Absolutely amazing great time! We had never been, but found the reviews and decided to try it out. Jamie (pronounced Hay-me, I think?) was our instructor. One of the younger kids was having trouble and he guided him through it all the entire time. Never left his side. He finally took to it and had no problems. The whole crew was amazing! Erika, Tommy and Dave. No better dive crew on the island!

    This was my second trip out with this shop. It was just as awesome as the first time. We checked out a sunken sailboat and the coral at the east end of St. Thomas. The water and marine life is absolutely stunning. The water wasn’t as clear this time because the hurricane that passed to the south of us the day before but they knew where to go for the best dive experience in even those conditions. Saw the biggest shark I’ve ever seen! It’s a great setup because if everyone in your party isn’t able to deal with scuba, they also have snorkeling. Very safe and professional guys. I want to thank Jamie, the dive master, Tommy, the boat captain and Erika who took us out for another memorable trip. See y’all again next year!

    Had a blast! The crew was awesome! Steph, Tommy, and especially our dive instructor David. We were first timers and he made us feel safe and informed. The whole experience was very fun! One word of advice: do the second dive!

    What to expect

    Check-in at Aqua Marine Dive CENTER (at Saga Haven Marina) 30 MIN before the start of your excursion for gear fitting and completion of needed paperwork. Before leaving the dock, the Captain gives a safety briefing after which you can relax while you're instructor shows you skills and explains diver safety and basics for the 15 to 30 minute ride to the first dive site. Once there, you will get in the water with one of our highly qualified instructors to practice some learned skills and get comfortable breathing through the regulator. Then it's dive time with your instructor by your side! You'll see tropical fish, coral reef, and probably even turtles and rays. After dive #1, enjoy snacks and ask your instructor any questions on your way to site #2 where you can snorkel or, upon agreement between you and your instructor, upgrade your scuba experience, to do a second dive.

    Saga Haven Marina

    EVER WONDERED WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BREATHE UNDERWATER? If you want to try scuba diving, but aren't ready to plunge into a certification course, this is for you! **IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE there is a medical questionairre and if you are a smoker over 45, or take prescription medications, or have recent medical issue, you WILL need a signed form from your doctor. It does not mean you cannot dive, it just means we are not allowed to make decisions about your health.. Review the health information below before signing up. We meet you at our boat at Saga Haven Marina where your Instructor gives a short lesson and theory overview and you complete any paperwork. On the boat ride, your instructor will explain scuba equipment and hand signals. 1 instructor for a max of 4 divers. Then it's dive time! You'll see tropical fish, coral reef, and maybe even a turtle or a ray. The participants need to be able to pass a medical questionnaire and be able to swim. **Some medical answers require us to see a letter signed by your doctor.** After your dive you can enjoy snacks, water, and soft drinks, you can snorkel or upgrade your scuba experience, to do the second dive.

    The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
