    It was the most amazing experience ever. Especially swimming with the dolphins. Such a lovely place and great value.

    The afternoon was rained off and we didn’t get the opportunity to complete all areas such as feeding the birds or going to the otters and monkeys and no offer of reimbursement from what is already a very expensive day out

    Nothing wrong with Disney cove at all. It was a lovely place. TUI experience bookings were the problem! I booked a ticket with the dolphin swim included however when I arrived at discovery cove I was told I had the wrong ticket and couldn’t do the dolphin swim. Myself and my daughter were extremely disappointed. To make matters worse on contacting TUI they had no idea what I was taking about and by the time they acknowledged their mistake my holiday was over. Not happy!

    We booked the trip to Discovery Cove, the main reason being the Dolphin swim which was booked for 3:10PM. We noticed that the group before us were only standing on the shore. We were told that the swim was cancelled due to a chance of lightning. I made enquiries and was told to come back in 30 minutes. After that I couldn't find anyone to speak to. I appreciate that our safety is paramount and that the tickets could be used at other parks, but a little more communication would have been good
