    Fun tour with a friendly, informative guide. Started with an intro video about the history, followed by a short talk about the development behind the distillery, and then a walk through the production. Ended with a tasting. Definitely worth the price.

    We took a tour of the Holladay Distillery in Weston, MO near Platte. It was a great tour and fun atmosphere! We topped off the day with a few stops in the KC area and a fabulous dinner on the Plaza.

    We had a great time at the Distillery tour yesterday! The facility as well as the tour guide was amazing! The food and cocktails were fantastic.

    Definitely worth checking out the history behind it was awesome a lot of information, plus the tasting. They had a Wonka vibe for whiskey lol. Our tour guide was awesome answered all kinds of questions.

    Really interesting and enlightening information. We learned a bit about the history of the city, and I learned that J. Rieger actually developed a 'type' of Whiskey - Kansas City Whiskey. It has a special ingredient, but you'll have to take the tour to find out. We also got to taste their Vodka, Gin and a Coffee Liquor. The production floor was hotter than blazes, but they provide water.

    J. Rieger & Co.

    Join us for a one-hour guided tour of J. Rieger & Co., Kansas City’s iconic distillery, located in the historic Electric Park neighborhood of the East Bottoms district. Discover the history of our brand, from its founding during the wild and raucous years when the city boasted “the wettest block in the world”, to its premature demise at the dawn of Prohibition, and eventual revival in 2014, nearly a century later. Enjoy extensive access to each phase of the distillation process, from grain to bottle. The tour will conclude with a tasting of our four core products led by one of our knowledgeable guides. Please note, reservations are not required but they are recommended. For reservations please see the link below.
