    I spent a July break in the Belle Mare area of Mauritius and had the pleasure of diving with Dive Passion. I contacted the team directly on site and had a great chat with the instructors and divers. From the outset, I felt confident I was in good hands – the equipment, boat, and facilities were all of a high standard. My dive buddy, Jean Charles, was incredibly professional and clearly knows the local dive sites like the back of his hand. With what must be thousands of hours logged in these waters, his calm, confident, and reassuring approach helped both seasoned divers and novices feel safe and relaxed – even in the deeper areas. We were able to explore the vibrant coral reef and witness an incredible range of marine life including barracuda, sea turtles, and white-tip reef sharks. Despite the brisk July southern winter winds and some open-sea surges, the team managed everything smoothly, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. One of the highlights was seeing a fellow French visitor successfully complete her PADI certification under the careful supervision of her instructor – a real testament to the team’s teaching capabilities. I also appreciated that beginner dives and initiations are done directly in the shallow reef bay rather than a pool, which gives a much more authentic and exciting introduction to scuba diving. This was the highlight of my trip to Mauritius – highly recommended for anyone looking to dive in a safe, professional, and enjoyable environment.

    I completed my Open Water certification with Dive Passion Mauritius, and the entire experience was outstanding. As a complete beginner, I felt safe, comfortable, and well-guided at every step. The instruction was clear, calm, and highly professional, which made a huge difference for me. A special shout-out to Vishal, who not only provided excellent training but also helped me truly enjoy the beauty of diving. His patience, knowledge, and encouraging approach turned the learning process into something both exciting and memorable. The whole Dive Passion team was extremely friendly and welcoming from the very first moment. You can feel that they genuinely care about their divers and deliver a very professional experience. Thanks to the entire Dive Passion team, especially to Ben answering all my email questions and to Vishal for making this such a wonderful introduction to the diving world.
