    Wow! Where to start... I did my Advanced through Bermuda this past holiday(completed final dive today). At first I totally freaked out when I had to do my night dive(first time to do a dive after a major emergency surgery)...I got so anxious, that I couldn't even set up my gear(so out of character for myself). I asked if I can rather do a reactivate refresher, just to calm the nerves and then return to doing my night dive, navigation, deep dive, wreck dive etc. They immediately helped me to schedule my reactivate refresher and from there on everything went super smooth. The staff is AMAZING! Facilities and service at the shop and on the boat is top class. I am grateful that I found Bermuda via Google(as an expat new to the UAE). Especially a big shoutout to Jabir, who had só much grace with me and kept me calm today when the currents tossed us around - you were my human angel! I'm officially a certified advanced diver - let the adventures begin! SUPER! Would definitely recommend! ❤️

    Overall, a pleasant diving experience. The boat is modern, spacious, and well equipped, which adds a lot of comfort to the trip. The dive site was suitable, and visibility can naturally vary depending on sea conditions. In general, The trip proceeded as scheduled and was satisfactory overall.

    This was advertised as a 3-hour maximum activity, but we ended up spending over 7 hours with almost nothing to show for it. Picked up at 11 AM, we were left for over two hours with no explanation, and the promised pool training never happened. Then we waited another two hours just to get on the boat. Out of seven hours, we spent only 20 minutes in the water — less than 5% of the day actually doing the activity. To make matters worse, we were told to leave all our belongings, including phones, at the shop — leaving my family worried and unreachable. Even the manager admitted this should never have happened, but that doesn’t undo the wasted time or stress. This activity is disorganized, misleading, and shows a complete disregard for participants. Do not book it.
