What to expect

After a brief lesson on useful Japanese phrases for travelers, we will proceed to making a traditional Japanese-style home-cooked bento lunch. You will be able to enjoy a well-balanced meal with various dishes packed into one bento box. Instead of chicken, a plant-based alternative will be used to prepare Karaage, a popular dish in Japan enjoyed by both adults and children. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to make Onigiri (rice balls) and Tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette).

Sagamiono

After a brief lesson on useful Japanese phrases for travelers, we will proceed to making a traditional Japanese-style home-cooked bento lunch. You will be able to enjoy a well-balanced meal with various dishes packed into one bento box.
