    Worst trip ever! I recently went on the "Edge of the World" trip with a group of 7, and let me just say, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We gathered at the checkpoint at 3 PM, excited for our adventure, only to realize we were placed in an outdated 7-seater 4x4 jeep while another group of 5 got to enjoy a newer vehicle. Spoiler alert: our misfortune was just beginning. Less than 30 minutes into our drive, the driver's battery light flickered ominously. Then, without warning, the jeep came to a grinding halt in the blazing desert. To make matters worse, the air conditioning shut off, leaving us stranded and sweating profusely under the relentless Arabian sun. Our driver tried desperately to flag down passing cars for a jump, but shockingly, none of them had jumper cables. Finally, our saviors appeared: the other jeep from the company returned to help us out. However, we learned the unfortunate truth—the jeep needed a new battery. So there we sat, with the windows stuck shut, hot desert air pouring in and sticking to our skin, making for a truly uncomfortable experience. We spent over an hour driving around, searching for a battery store. By the time we found one, we were all hot, tired, sticky, and completely fed up. We managed to buy a new battery, but that added another 30 minutes to our already ruined trip. At this point, everyone was done and ready to call it quits. We voiced our concerns to the driver, who was sympathetic. But when we approached the owner regarding a refund, we were met with a cold "no refunds" response. We had already lost 2 hours of our 6-hour trip and still had another 1.5 hours of travel to reach the site—essentially losing half of our time! For this miserable experience, we paid 1,500 SR. If you’re considering a tour with Riyadh Tours, do yourself a favor and choose a different company. Their customer service was atrocious, and the unprofessionalism we encountered was beyond frustrating. Save your money and sanity; there are plenty of other tour companies to explore. Avoid this one at all costs!

    AVOID THIS EXCURSION AND TOUR PROVIDER IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE THE EXPERIENCE YOU PURCHASE. We booked a 1:30p car-tour that was to be completed in 4-6 hours. The evening before, we received notice that our trip had been changed to a 2:30p bus-tour, with a return to Riyadh at 9:30p. No apology or explanation was offered - just a notice. The new itinerary conflicted with a dinner meeting, not to mention that it was not what we signed up for or wanted. We politely requested a refund. Yet, we were denied any type of refund (even though the tour provider acknowledged having changed the itinerary). Absolutely awful customer treatment - no ethics!!!

    Wonderful trip, our guide Fahim was very nice, knowledgeable, showed us all best picture taking spots and took great pictures of us as well.

    Drive to Jebel Fihrayn popularly known as “the Edge of the World” is 120 Km from Riyadh. The Edge of the World is the third stop on our tour of the Natural Wonders of Arabia, following earlier stops at Elephant Rock and Jabal Abyad. Standing atop the 1,000-foot high escarpment at Jabal Fihrayn, you find stretching before you an uninterrupted view of the horizon in all directions, leaving you with the impression that you are, indeed, standing at the very edge of the world. The effect on one’s body and mind and soul is exhilarating.
