    I purchased tickets (and paid in full) through this vendor for my family on a specific date at 6pm. The vendor started sending me messages on What’s App a few weeks prior - initially offering an upgrade to my tickets which confused me as I didn’t need nor want them. Then, they started trying to get me to switch to another day/time, saying they’ve heard there will be closures. I was only in Paris a few days so my schedule wasn’t super flexible. We had a ton of back and forth, even as late as the day before the tour, causing me much anxiety. Ultimately, I realized this vendor must be a broker and they don’t actually have access to the tickets I purchased. I panicked at a certain point thinking it was a total scam. Finally, they offered me the tickets I purchased at 7:30pm (an hour and a half after my ideal time) on the night I asked for and I had no choice but to agree. Only then did they send me the actual tickets.
