It ubaldo herrera Was very professional. It was an interesting morning with lots of information about Emerald factory and purifying the stone, followed by visit to the shop and we ended with a small jewellery making class. This was creative activity and very nicely organised

We learned so much about emeralds. Our guide explained everything to us in English. Angelica was very knowledgeable. First we watched the artisans polishing and cutting Emeralds. Then we saw how Emeralds are mined. They even created a mini mine to walk through and see the process. There were many cases of stones and Emeralds from many countries with information about each. The tour ends in the showroom, but there was no pressure to buy. It was a lovely day out of the sun and in a delightful air conditioned space. We did purchase a lovely emerald pendant because we chose to for our anniversary. We did not feel obligated or pressured. Well done Caribe and Angelica. Thank you!
