During my time in the onsen it started to snow I was so happy. This has been something on my bucket list and booking this made the transportation a breeze. My driver spoke a little English but he came prepared with translation on how things will work once we arrived at the onsen. Once we got there the driver (Nakamura-san) signed me in and I got a towel ( you can bring your own but I forgot at the hotel so I paid 220 yen for it lol) then g went up and enjoyed my winter open-air onsen experience. Afterwards I would highly recommend getting a massage which they offer on the lounge floor.
I would definitely do this again!! Viator was always responsive and kind ! 10/10 highly recommend. 🤩
