    It’s the second time that we went with my son , and he loved. I was too cold but the experience was amazing. Thanks to the staff, they were really helpful and friendly.

    Really good experience, we did the carnivore combo for 2 and it was brilliant. Didn't expect to get to go inside the fork or servil cat enclosures, so that was a nice suprise. The animals and staff are all lovely.

    Hoo Zoo is a fantastic day out for the whole family! We love visiting because there's always so much to see and do. The zoo offers a wide variety of animals, and we especially enjoy the regular talks given by the keepers. They are clearly passionate about their jobs and incredibly knowledgeable, answering all questions with a smile – even the endless ones from my little ones! The facilities are well-maintained and clean, which makes a big difference with young children. The large play area is a huge hit, and the dinosaur park adds an extra element of fun and adventure. We always end up spending the whole day at Hoo Zoo and still feel like we could see and do more! Highly recommend a visit.

    We had such a good time and yes it's cold yes it's winter and some animals where like sod that I am curling up in the warmth but when they where asleep and you could see them cuddled up omg so cute 🥰 and my daughter loved it ..the play area, the staff was fantastic. I am not going to lie the food was hit and miss my toddler enjoyed the hot dog ..I didn't but mine was vegan and they are always hit and miss so you can't really mark them down for personal taste. The chips and hot chocolate so good, hot, plentiful and you could add your own condiments, the area is well set out etc it looks so lovely set out and the lovely lovely staff In the gift shop made my toddlers day :) thank you can't wait to come back :)
