It was the perfect day! Salvo and Mirko were amazing guides - knowledgeable, funny and kind. The hike wasn’t too hard either! Lots of built in resting points to make it manageable. Overall, I’d highly recommend it.

We took the tour this morning with Marco. He was knowledgeable, personable and fun. He was great at explaining the volcanic activities, he even drew pictures in the rocks. A half day started at 8:30 and we finished at 15:00. Plenty of time for hiking the craters, hiking in the grotto, plenty of pictures and a delicious Sicilian lunch. Perfecto!!

Very interesting visit, well organised, Giovanni was our guide and very knowledgable. We had good weather but still a little chilly at the top. Nice picnic lunch. The trip was both English and Italian, Giovanni is fluent in English and was able to answer all our questions. A really good day.

Great experience! The tour guide (Danilo) was informative and kept the walk along the craters accessible and interesting. The company also equips you with hiking boots and a warm coat if you don’t have your own (I wasn’t expecting snow so was glad of this!). The best part of booking with this company is the helpful and professional staff they had. My initial booking had to be cancelled due to bad weather and the staff (Laura, Helena) were great at helping me book another experience. They also arranged for me to get a different pickup and drop off location. I’m so happy with my adventure!

What a good find on line, the Etna Experience, who explained and answered all our questions beforehand. Went with sunset tour with Marco as the guide. Amazing tour, adapting to our lack of ability in places, and brining back photos of what we missed. Topped with a really nice pizza snack, able to cater for vegans/veggies, no problem. and watched the sun go down. Great find, choice of company and super guide. Thank you all.
